Growth Focus

Liquid Cooling Infrastructure

Secondary-loop infrastructure

Project coordination for critical secondary-side equipment and components across the facility-water, CDU and technology-cooling interfaces.

Overview

Understanding equipment within the correct system boundaries

Cold-plate liquid cooling spans facility water and technology cooling. Interfaces, fluid conditions, control logic and maintenance boundaries must be reviewed together.

WBG coordinates supply resources for CDUs, secondary piping, fluid control and valve components against confirmed engineering conditions.

System Boundary

FWS, CDU and TCS system boundaries

In a typical cold-plate architecture, the CDU forms the thermal boundary between facility water and technology cooling, usually integrating the plate heat exchanger, pumps, filtration, valves, sensing and controls.

FWS

Facility Water System

Provides facility-side cooling conditions to the CDU

CDU

Cooling Distribution Unit

Internal heat exchange, pumping, filtration, monitoring and control

TCS

Technology Cooling System

Secondary supply and return loop leaving the CDU

RACK

Manifold & Rack Loop

Distribution to rack and cold-plate circuits

Project Support

How WBG supports the project

01

Interface Confirmation

Structure FWS, CDU, TCS and rack-side boundaries

02

Supplier Coordination

Align CDU, valve and piping-component resources

03

Documents & Inspection

Support technical documents, FAT and issue closure

04

Integrated Delivery

Coordinate packing, logistics and site connection conditions

Liquid cooling parameters and material selection require project design, equipment requirements and fluid-compatibility analysis.
